• SilverKrab provides AI-generated stock market predictions for informational purposes only. Predictions include:
  • 1-day, 3-day, weekly, monthly, and 3-month forecasts.
  • Access via monthly subscription plans.
• The Service is NOT financial advice. SilverKrab is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or institution.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities or violate applicable laws.

4. Account Registration

• Data Collected: Email address and hashed password.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• Accuracy: Provide truthful and complete information during registration.

5. Subscription Terms

• Payment: Billed monthly via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize automatic recurring payments until cancellation.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. No refunds for partial periods.
• EU Users: 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless predictions have already been accessed.
